- 8 pork chops
- 2 pears
- 1 onion
- 200 ml milk cream
- 50 ml white wine
- 30 ml oil
- 1 lemon
- Salt
- Pepper
Finely chop the onion and the pears. Fry lightly in a pan or saucepan with oil for a few minutes. Add the white wine and wait until the alcohol has evaporated. Add the cream and cook at low heat for 10 minutes. Blend the pear sauce until obtaining a homogenous mix. Cook the sauce again for 5 minutes more, add salt and pepper to taste.
Add salt and pepper to the chops. Add a few drops of lemon and put in saucepan on high heat.
Serve and enjoy! Don’t forget to mop the sauce up with a piece of bread…
